I love coming up with new ideas and watching them come to life - and be effective and successful! I'm a big "team player" person - brainstorming and working with other talented individuals, who have my same passion for these fields, have proven to be nothing short but satisfying and more times than none, have made for a great work environment. That is how I lead, and that is my mantra in life, professionally and personally.
