Hal B. Klein is a freelance food and drinks writer living in Pittsburgh, PA. He regularly contributes stories on the intersection of food and the environment to The Allegheny Front, which airs on 90.5 WESA, Pittsburgh’s NPR news station. Hal writes a weekly drinks column, "On the Rocks," for Pittsburgh City Paper, and his work has been seen in TABLE Magazine, The Inquisitive Eater, and Drink Me Magazine. Hal holds a master’s degree in Food Studies from Chatham University.
