Born in Bangkok, educated in England and raised globally during her father’s Ambassadorial postings to the UK, Pakistan Iran and Iraq. Tuptim Malakul Lane, continued her studies in the Middle East with Islamic traditions and finished off at a Catholic school, which has given her a perspective on life not bound by single dimensional traditions. She writes to bridge the two, sometimes very wide gap and wishes to bring about harmonious understanding. She has interviewed numerous high-powered and influential leaders, and has a blog on food and travel.
