Coffee. So rich and beautiful. Wonderful on it's own and yet explosive when combined with other desirable foods such as chocolate or ice cream. How we buy and drink coffee has substantially changed over the years. Decades ago it was a cheap hot beverage consumed at home.
You can find thousands of recipes for different kinds of curries online or in cookery books. For novices, it's often hard to choose which recipe to use. In my earlier, more amateur cooking days, I often used try out recipes given to me by my mum, but they never used to taste as good.
Traditionally, chocolate doesn't feature highly in food in India or any of Subcontinental Asia. Most desserts are made from milk, butter, rice or fruit. However that hasn't stopped Indian ingredients entering the chocolate market.
Located in the Southern Hemisphere, Bali is a destination which aims to mesmerise everyone that touches its shores. Hundreds of kilometres of sandy beaches encircles mountainous regions, waterfalls, forests, wildlife and volcanoes. Whilst part of Indonesia, Balinese culture is very different from the rest of Indonesia.

After Rebecca Adlington's revelations this week in 'I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here', it got me thinking about role models. Rebecca became a national treasure after winning us a gold medal in swimming last year in the Olympics, and is a superb role model for any young girl.
In a country like Britain where alcohol is drunk on most occasions, be it a wedding, funeral, party, football match, how hard is it to be a teetotaller? I've heard of people who have held a glass of wine in their hand at an important work do and not actually drunk it, in order to fit in.

I find it incredible that Islam and Muslims are interrogated and harassed on a daily basis over social media. It just doesn't happen to people of other faiths. Shisha, also known as the Turkish water pipe, narghile, hookah, or hubbly-bubbly, contains tobacco and is classed in the same category as cigarettes.
Whilst Boris may have appeased some of the electorate by attacking members of the Muslim community, he's definitely lost me as a voter and possibly thousands of others. Social services have enough on their plate without making them work out which brown person is a religious Muslim parent and which is a radicalised Muslim parent.
When I hear the word 'cartoon' and 'Muhammad' in the same sentence, I cringe and prepare myself for a plethora of conflict and disharmony between Muslims and the rest of the world. To the West we Muslims may come across as over-zealous, overexcited and too defensive-but this is not without reason...
