Sports Writer

United States of America

After 25 years of successful, but unsatisfying, work in the restaurant business, I returned to school at IUPUI and completed my BA in sports journalism.
Sports, specifically baseball, has always been a passion of mine, and I decided I would like to pursue a career in something that I love. I have covered professional, college, and high school sports as well as political and human interest stories during my 2 years with the Pendleton Times-Post. I have also been published by Indianapolis Monthly, Greenfield Daily Reporter, The Campus Citizen, and Indiana Sports Journalism Center.

PENDLETON - Her competitions take place without a raucous student section or the accompaniment of a pep band and cheerleaders. Her only rooting section is usually her parents, and she doesn't have any teammates. Cassie Zehr is the team. And she's OK with that.

Colts Q&A: Edgerrin James, HOF Semifinalist - Indianapolis Monthly

In seven seasons with the Indianapolis Colts, retired All-Pro running back Edgerrin James distinguished himself off the field with his personality and flashy gold-front smile nearly as much as he did on the gridiron by racking up huge numbers (and loads of wins) as one of the "Triplets"-the potent offensive trio of James, wide receiver Marvin Harrison, and, of course, QB Peyton Manning.

Qosja abstains from the use of a musical score for this film with the exception of the closing credits. This silent soundtrack is significant and a powerful symbol of the silence of the victims as well as the men of the village, where according to local custom, rape isn't necessarily a crime, but more a shame on the victim and her family.
