Why the MCU doesn't care about secret identities

In August, Sony and Marvel announced that Spider-Man would no longer be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, due to disagreements about the revenue split between Disney and Sony, and the involvement of MCU architect Kevin Feige.

In the race to turn podcasts into TV shows, the podcasts are winning

As TV adaptations of podcasts like Homecoming, 2 Dope Queens, and Lore hit screens, producers are rapidly snapping up the screen rights to story-based audio shows. With Welcome to Night Vale, Alice Isn't Dead, and many more shows in development, podcasters are seeing their audio dramas as a new back door into the television industry.

'The Adventure Zone' Is a Dungeons & Dragons RPG Podcast That Breaks All the Rules

It was supposed to be a goof. In 2014, brothers Justin, Travis, and Griffin McElroy needed to bank a filler episode for their popular comedy-and-advice podcast My Brother, My Brother and Me while Justin, the eldest, was on paternity leave. Their solution: to play and broadcast a single game of Dungeons & Dragons with their father, Clint.

Wolverine: The Long Night could launch a Marvel Podcast Universe

There's a scene in the sixth episode of Marvel and Stitcher's radio drama podcast Wolverine: The Long Night where special agent Tad Marshall is interviewing a boy whose home was attacked by... something. The agent is searching for Logan, aka the mutant hero Wolverine, who the agent thinks might be behind the attack.

The Truth About Flint | By Rasheed Wallace

When you woke up this morning, what's the first thing you did? Took a piss and flushed the toilet? Brushed your teeth? Took a shower? Whatever you did, I'm guessing you used water. What'd you do after that? Made yourself some coffee or tea? Washed the pan you used to cook breakfast?

One More, For Me

I took one look at my little sister's face and flashed back. After making a huge mistake on arguably one of the most terrifying downhill courses in Paralympic history, I slid out, nearly missing a gate, and in an effort to make up time I got clocked at 70 mph, finished, but still lost the gold by a tenth of a second.

Why Ms. Marvel Needs To Be Marvel's Next Live-Action Hero

There's something missing from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and it's not just the mutants. New York's been blown to bits, Thor became unworthy AND then worthy again, Captain America saved the world from Nazis and the Avengers assembled - twice! Yet despite the explosions, heart-racing action and Robert Downey Jr.'s exceptional timing, the soul of Marvel Comics remains hidden.

The Strongest Woman I've Ever Known | By DeAngelo Williams

I grew up knowing my mom would get breast cancer. It wasn't a probability. It was an inevitability. See, some people carry something called the BRCA1 mutation, which means the gene that's supposed to produce the proteins that suppress tumors isn't working properly.

The Art of Catching | By Jorge Posada

Yogi Berra sat down right next to me on the bench. He had his pinstripes on, of course. It was a sunny day in Bradenton during spring training in '98. Not a cloud in the sky. We were between innings. This was always my favorite time of the year.

Kyle Korver's Infinite Loop

Photo by Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports To watch the Atlanta Hawks this year was, mostly, to watch Kyle Korver sprint around multiple screens, looping and darting and dashing in search of the inch or so of space he needs to let it fly from deep.
