I co-manage BookBalloon.com, a discussion forum for people who love books, and was a founding member and director of WriterHouse in Charlottesville. The Bandwagon

The house sat on a knob about three days' ride north of the Ohio River. On every side, green hills rolled away into a misty blue horizon. Below the house was a creek that in high summer ran shallow, tinkling over rounded stones and boulders and rippling over smooth layers of sandstone and silt.
