Brooke Betts (fka Farrell)

Marketing / Communications

My works includes proven marketing results for B2B and B2C national businesses including large, publicly-traded companies such as Waste Management and Minute Maid, regional retailers and restaurants such as Captain D's Seafood and Saltgrass Steakhouse, growth stage companies such as Drive Time, and start-ups including my own company RecycleMatch.

I've gathered a few projects here based on specific requests. There are thousands of examples of marketing, advertising, customer research and insights, strategic planning and other communications that I'm equally proud to discuss. But 90% of what I've worked on isn't available online or has been a victim of voracious office purges. If you're interested in learning about those, we should talk.

When it comes to industrial waste, the numbers are shocking. The EPA has estimated that companies in the U.S. spend an estimated $22 billion per year to send 214 million tons of materials to landfills. While some of that waste can be diverted to recycling programs, the more striking fact is the waste that ends up in landfills often still has tangible value.
