Anna Shortley is a recent graduate of the University of Washington, Seattle. Her experience in the Pacific Northwest was one of urban culture mirrored with outdoor adventure. Shortley was a member of the UW women's crew team for one year before starting online writing internships with Vanguard Seattle and Chaos Magazine.
An Art History degree and experience living in the Netherlands has given Shortley a vast understanding of arts, culture and fashion, which she was able to apply to her reporting assignments.
